Productronica China 2016 trade show was held from March 15th to 17th at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) hall E1. KunQi XinHua together with over 500 local and foreign enterprises showcased to the world an exciting array of electronics manufacturing equipment and material.

  As the forerunner for water soluble dross reducing solvent, KunQi XinHua displayed the superb effectiveness of ICHIMURA JR07 Anti Oxidation Reducer for Solder Dross. It was well received and visitors are impressed.

  Apart from this, we also displayed the optimized KX3600 Odd-Shaped Component Inserting Machine and anti-vibration Memory Foam. With this combination, it eliminates the traditional way of bending leads for auto insertion. It reduces stress on PCB and improves both product quality and production efficiency. This equipment attracted a lot of interest among visitors. The revolutionary design, simple operational interface and coupled with its powerful functions, it received good reviews from visitors. There is a lot of expression of buying interest from visitors.

  KX3000 Hot Air Levelling Coating Machine is a world first in this exhibition. It uses a high mounted reservoir, via nozzle spray or natural flow from above, forms a paint curtain and coats the material on the conveyor. It uses a cold air knife to level the coated layer to form a uniform film. Thereafter a hot air knife is applied to prevent sagging and excess paint is collected in reservoir and recycled for reuse. This technology is environmental friendly as it reduces the usage of paint and also minimizes workers exposure to the paint. This equipment will be the lead in innovation for coating technology for the future and it received sensational reviews from visitors and many request for evaluation and sample testing.
