Hot Air leveling coating machine places the paint in a high mounted reservoir. Using nozzle or slit opening, paint flow downwards to create a curtain and coats the material which is placed on a moving conveyor. Uses cold air jets to level and create an even and homogeneous coated layer. Passes through another hot air jet to cure the paint and prevents sagging. Excess paint is collected and flows back to reservoir to be recycled for use.
